Eric is a Mechanical Engineering Technician with several suites of his own, including one of the first legal suites in Esquimalt. Kathy Price, Design Consultant and
Project Manager
Kathy is an Architectural Technologist and certified Built Green BC Builder with 15 years construction experience in Quality Control, Customer Relations and Sales. Kathy is a lifetime Victorian, apprenticed with leading local construction firms. We are excited to have Kathy with us, especially that she is taking a leadership role - a woman led reno team!

Geoff Farrell, Carpenter & Job Supervisor
There is a tradition of artistic people becoming carpenters who surprisingly can be quite pragmatic in carrying out their duties. This seems to be Geoff's lot as he earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at UBC and went on to gather, over 20 years, a well rounded experience in carpentry.
Geoff enjoys opportunities to work on Victorian Arts and Crafts era buildings, but also appreciates modernist design. His spare time includes Aikido, reading Canadian Literature and being involved in community radio.
Geoff's mantra: "let's build healthy, our lives depend on it."
Stephen Lentz, Principal
Stephen started as a carpenter’s helper in 1971 and over the years developed his skills on the tools while also attending to his education, which includes a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree, Gold Seal Certification in Project Management and most recently Built Green Certification.
