Sidney Accessibility Renovation
This accessibility renovation included widening hallways, a wheel-in shower,
a hydraulic tub, an elevator and enlarging windows and doors on ground floor to make an accessible family room.

This little bathroom, just 5' x 7', really turned out well.The modest wall hung basin attests to the owner's ability to live simply, while the glazed door adds a bit of excitement and all together it is just neat.

Gulf Islands, whole house renovation
This
house was two houses in one; each focused on 'home and hearth' with two massive fireplaces blocking
the ocean views. A complete strip out was followed by vaulting the living room, re-focusing layout to feature the ocean views, three new bathrooms, a new kitchen and a tiled covered deck and pergola covered entryway.

Oak Bay, bathrooms, plus repairs & replacements
The bathrooms were both subject to water damage, which made it obvious something needed doing. The repairs included remodeling the two bathrooms, new skylights, a re-roof, deck repair, new gutters and downspouts.

James Bay, second floor addition
With a growing family, these home owners investigated moving, but instead chose to increase their space by adding a second floor addition. They honoured the character of the house by using wood windows and doors, with custom mouldings to match existing. The result is a bright and cheery space that looks and feels like it was built with the original house.
